Eggless Vanilla twin flavour muffins

 Eggless Vanilla twin flavour muffins 


Quick tips -

1. Add sugar to taste.

2. Any food color can be added.

Prep : 15 minute

Cook time : 25 minute 


Dry Ingredients : 

Maida : 1 cup (-2 tbsp)

Cornflour : 2 tbsp

Salt a pinch

Other Ingredients :

Curd : 1 cup (unsour)

Sugar : 3/4 cup or to taste

Vanilla essence : 1 tsp

Baking powder : 1 tsp

Baking soda : 1/2 tsp

Cooking oil : 1/2 cup

For mixing in half batter :

Orange red food color : 1 pinch 

Method :

1. In a bowl mix maida, cornflour & salt. Keep aside.

2. In another bowl mix curd & sugar. Mix it till sugar is completely dissolved.

3. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

4. Add baking powder & baking soda to this curd mixture. Mix it. It will get frothy.

5. When the mixture is frothy add oil to it & mix well.


6. Now add half of the liquid frothy mixture to maida cornflour mix. Mix well.

7. Add left over liquid frothy mixture to the maida mix. Mix well so that no lumps remain. Muffin batter is ready.

8. Divide the batter equally in 2 separate bowls.

9. In 1 bowl add food color. Mix well.

10. And let the other remain like this.

11. Preheat oven to 180*C for 10 min.

12. Grease the silicone muffin tray. Fill each mould with 1 tbsp of plain batter and top with 1 tbsp of colored batter. Again top with few drops of plain batter on top. Take toothpick make designe on top. Do not over mix.

13. Fill each muffin mould upto 3/4 of batter. Do not fill too much becaze muffin needs space to puff up.

14. Place muffin tray in preheated oven and bake for 30 min.


15. Take out from the oven & let it cool for 5-10 min.

16. Take the muffins out from the moulds.


17. Eggless vanilla twin flavour muffins are ready.


18. Slice and serve.
