Onion cheese stuffed fish shaped paratha
Ingredients :
Wheat flour / Atta dough : as needed
Mozzarella cheese : 1/2 cup grated
Coriander leaves : 1/4 cup chopped
Onion : 1 big chopped
Salt to taste
Oregano : 2 tsp
Ajwain as needed (optional)
Mustard oil as needed
Method :
1. In a bowl mix mozzarella cheese, coriander leaves, salt and oregano. Keep aside.
2. In another bowl take chopped onions. Keep aside.
3. Now take a small size dough ball. Roll it flat like chapati with a rolling pin. Now leaving a gap for stuffing in the centre make cuts on the sides of the chapati.
4. Spread cheese stuffing on the centre of the chapati and then onion over it. Now start folding it from the top. Fold one side then another covering the stuffing.
5. Make eyes holes on top with toothpick. Fill eye holes with ajwain.
Heat tawa on high. Drizzle little oil on it. Slow the flame.
6. Place paratha on the tawa. Cook it for few sec then turn the side. 7. Drizzle oil on sides and all over the paratha. Cook till it turns golden and crispy.
8. Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
9. Onion cheese stuffed fish shaped paratha is ready to eat.
