Chatpate chana chaat
Chana chaat is a healthy, tasty, tangy and flavourful chickpea chaat. It is made up of boiled chickpeas in addition with salt, chaat masala, onion, green chillies etc tossed with chutneys, lemon juice and dressed with coriander leaves. Usually it is served in evening as a snack or healthy salad chaat. But it can also be served as a side dish in lunch or dinner.

Quick tip -
1. Adjust spices to taste.
Ingredients
4 cups boiled white chana
To taste Salt
To taste red chilli powder
To taste chat masala
To taste chana masala
1 onion medium size (chopped)
1 tomato medium size (chopped)
To taste pudina chutney
1 tbsp heaped imli paste/ tamarind paste
To taste chole masala
1cup coriander leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
Method -
1. Drain boiled chana properly.
2. Take a big bowl add chana, onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Mix well.
3. Add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and chana masala. Mix well.
4. Add lemon juice, pudina chutney and imli paste. Mix well.
5. Transfer it to a serving bowl. Serve.
