 Chocolate filled paan / chocolate paan 


Ingredients :

Paan leaves : 3

Hershey's cocoa spread : as needed

Gulkand : 3 tbsp

Chocolate chips : 2 tbsp

Coloured saunf : 2 tbsp

White Mint saunf : 2 tbsp

Fresh coconut : 3 tbsp grated

Meleon seeds : 2 tbsp

Elaichi powder : 1 tsp

For garnishing :

Fresh coconut : 2 tbsp grated

Kesar few strands 


Method :

1. In a small bowl add coconut and kesar. Mix well and keep aside till use.

2. Wash paan leaves properly with water.

3. Dry it using kitchen napkin. Remove the stem with scissor from each paan leaf.

4. Place leaves upside down on a plate. 


5. Spread hershey's cocoa spread on back of each leaf.

6. Place gulkand on each of them. Add grated coconut, meleon seeds, coloured saunf and white mint saunf.

7. At the end add chocolate chips and sprinkle elaichi powder on top.

Close the paan leaf properly.

8. Do not overfill the paan otherwise it will not close properly and will break.

9. Place the stuffed chocolate filled paan in a serving plate. 


10. Sprinkle kesari coconut on the paan leaves.


11. Serve immediately or can serve chilled.
