Orange coconut bread ladoo
No food colour added. No flame. Quick and easy recipe.

Makes : 15 ladoos
Wet ingredients :
Orange juice : 3/4 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Orange marmalade : 1 tbsp
Dry ingredients :
Coconut powder : 1-1/2 cup
Bread crumbs : 1 cup
For coating :
Coconut powder : 1/2 cup
Elaichi powder : 1 tsp
For garnishing :
Badam as needed
Method :
1. Take a microwave safe bowl add sugar & orange juice. Mix well.
2. Add orange marmalade in sugar orange juice mixture and again mix well.
3. Heat it in microwave for 30 sec. Take it out of the microwave and mix well till the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool it completely.
4. In another bowl add coconut powder and bread crumbs. Mix well.
5. Add orange juice mixture in coconut bread mixture. Mix well.
6. Cover it and keep in fridge for 1 hr. Take it out of the fridge and make small ladoos from this mixture.
7. In another bowl mix coconut powder and elaichi powder.
8. Make small ladoos from the mixture and place them in the plate.
9. In a small bowl mix coconut powder and elaichi powder.
10. Spread it in a plate and place each ladoo on this mixture and coat them nicely.
11. Place all the coated ladoos in the serving plate. Sprinkle badam on it.
12. Place it in fridge for 1 hr. Serve.
