Lauki peels chutney

 Lauki peels chutney


Ingredients -

1 cup Lauki peels chopped
1 onion sliced
7-8 Garilc cloves sliced
2 Green chilli chopped
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4 cup or as needed water
1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method -
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, green chilli and garlic. Cook on slow flame till translucent. Add lauki peels. Mix and cook for 5-10 minutes on slow.
2. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
3. Add tomato puree. Mix.
4. Cover and cook for few minutes till tomato puree is cooked properly.
5. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
6. When the mixture is cooled properly add it to chopper.
7. Add tomato ketchup. Chopp it.
8. Add lemon juice and water if needed. Chopp it finely.
9. Chutney is ready.
10. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
11. Serve.

3. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.


4. Mix well. 


5. Add tomato puree. Mix.


6. Cover and cook for few minutes.


7.  Cook tomato puree properly. Switch off the flame.


8. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.


9. When the mixture is cooled properly add it to chopper.


10. Add tomato ketchup. Chopp it.


11. Add lemon juice and water if needed. Chopp it finely.


12. Chutney is ready.


13. Transfer it to a serving bowl.


14. Serve.
