Upma cheese bites


Ingredients -
  1. 2 tbsp oil
  2. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  3. 2 tsp chopped ginger
  4. 2 tsp chopped garlic
  5. 1 chopped green chilli
  6. 1 cup suji
  7. 2 -1/2 cup water
  8. to taste salt
  9. 1/2 cup cheese

Method -

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger, garlic and chilli. Now add semolina and roast for 1 minute.

2. Pour the water and mix well, cover and mix until a boil, then stir continuously, if the mixture becomes thick, add coriander leaves and take it out of the flame.

3. Let the mixture cool down, then take a small portion of the upma mixture.

4. Fill the cheese and make the shape of the tikki.

5. Heat oil in pan. Fry till crisp and golden.

6. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

4. Place cheese in the centre of the upma ball.


5. Close the ball gently, so that it should not break.


6. Heat oil in pan. Fry till crisp and golden.


7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
