Aquafaba Vanilla Mousse
Aquafaba Vanilla mousse is very light, airy and delicious dessert. It is prepared by whipping thick leftover liquid from boiled chickpeas with electric beater combining it with powdered sugar, vinegar and vanilla. It usually takes 5-10 minutes to whip it into delicious mousse.

Aquafaba can be used to prepare so many dishes. It is also used as an egg replacer.
Ingredients -
1/4 cup aquafaba/ white chickpea water/ chole ka pani
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/8 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tsp drinking chocolate
Method -
1. In a bowl add white chole ka pani.
2. Beat it with electric whisker till foamy.

5. Add powder sugar 1 teaspoon at a time.
6. Whip and keep adding 1 teaspoon sugar.

8. Whip till semi stiff peaks.
9. Add vanilla essence and again whip.
10. Whip again.
11. Add vinegar and whip again.
12. Whip until the mixture is glossy and semi firm peaks are formed.
13. When you lift the whisk out of the mixture, it should hold its shape.
14. Aquafaba Vanilla Mousse is ready.
15. Pour mixture in gobblet.
16. Sprinkle drinking chocolate and serve with aquafaba meringue button cookies.
17. Serve chilled.
