Moist chocolate brownie
Moist chocolate brownie is perfect easy, fudgy, chewy and gooey eggless brownie.
Tips :
1. Powder sugar can be added.
2. When the brownie is cooked it will be moist from inside and crispy from outside.
3. When checked with the toothpick. It will come out wet ..not to be afraid...it is normal. Because the sticky thing is melted chocolate inside the brownie.
4. Do not over cook the brownie.
Dry ingredients :
Maida : 3/4 cup
Baking soda : 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder : 8 tbsp
Wet ingredients :
Chocolate chips : 3/4 cup
Thick Curd (unsour) : 1/2 cup
Milk : 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tsp
Sugar : 1/2 cup or to taste
Water : 1/2 cup
Method :
1. Grease and dust the cake pan. Keep aside.
2. In a bowl mix maida, baking soda and cocoa powder. Keep aside.
3. In another bowl mix curd and milk. Mix well and add vanilla essence and mix. Keep aside.
4. In another bowl mix sugar and water. Mix it well till the sugar dissolves. Sugar syrup is ready. Keep aside.
5. Take chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Heat them on 30 sec and then mix. Again heat on 20 sec and then mix. Chocolate chips have melted properly.
6. Add half of the sugar syrup in melted chocolate chips. Mix well.
Add half of the maida mix in sugar chocolate mixture. Mix well.
7. Add half of the milk curd mix to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Now add leftover sugar syrup and mix.
8. Add leftover maida mix and mix well.
9. Add left over milk curd mix and mix well.
10. Chocolate brownie batter is ready.
11. Pre heat oven to 180*C for 10 minutes. Pour batter in the greased cake pan.
12. Place pan in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 45 minute.
13. Take it out of the oven and let it cool a little. Take it out of the pan.
14. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and decorate with cherries.
15. Moist chocolate brownie is ready to serve.
16. Slice and Serve.
