Quinoa flour
Quinoa is an incredible super rich food which is packed with protein, calcium, iron, minerals, vitamins and fibre. Quinoa is a versatile grain which is used in many recipes like salad, casseroles, stir fries and many more. Quinoa is a gluten free and nutritious grain. Quinoa grains can easily be grounded into quinoa flour by roasting and grinding quinoa grains.

Quick tip -
1. I have used pre-rinsed quinoa.
2 Incase 'quinoa' is not pre-rinsed then rinse quinoa with water and sun-dry it completely. Then dry roast it in a wok. Let it cool. Grind it. Powder quinoa/ quinoa flour is ready.
Ingredients -
1 cup quinoa
Method -
1. Take quinoa.
2. Dry roast it in a wok on slow flame. Let it cool.
3. Add it in a grinder jar.
4. Pulse it to a fine powder.
5. Quinoa flour is ready to use.
