Paratha Noodles
Paratha Noodles, Chapati Noodles or Roti Noodles is healthy and appetizing dish. Paratha Noodles is loved by people across all age groups. Paratha Noodles is an easy and quick recipe for choti choti bukh. It goes well with a cup of masala chai or coffee. Though I am a coffee lover so I prefer to eat Paratha Noodles with a cup full of hot coffee. Paratha Noodles is made by using leftover paratha's cutting into thin strips tossed with stir fry vegetables, spices and sauces. The best part that one can add vegetables according to the preference. Paratha Noodles can be relished as an evening snack or one can have it in breakfast. So, let's jump to the recipe Paratha Noodles or Leftover ka makeover.
Ingredients -
3 parathas (cut into thin strips)
1 onion chopped
1 capsicum chopped
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
For garnish -
1 tsp white sesame seeds
2-3 fried green chillies
Method -
1. Heat oil in a wok. Add onion and fry till golden.
2. Add capsicum and fry for 4-5 minutes.
3. Add salt, red chilli powder, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and mix well.
4. Add paratha strips. Mix well.
5. Mix well.
6. Add tomato ketchup and mix properly.
7. Paratha noodles are ready.
8. Garnish with white sesame seeds and fried green chillies.
9. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
