Gobi paratha / Cauliflower paratha
Ingredients -
1 kg grated cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 cup wheat flour
2-3 tbsp oil
As needed water
Method -
2. Add wheat flour and oil. Mix well. Add turmeric powder. Add water little by little and knead it to a soft dough.
3. Take a small ball from the dough.
4. Roll it into a paratha.
5. Heat tawa. Place paratha on the tawa for few minute and then change the side.
6. Spread oil on both sides and cook till it is golden and crispy from both sides.
7. Gobi paratha is ready to serve. Serve it with pickle or curd.
