Triangle Mathri
Ingredients -
500 gram Maida
28 gram suji
150 ml oil
1-1/2 tsp Salt
1-1/2 tsp Ajwain
1-1/2 tsp Oregano
1-1/2 tsp Chili flakes
340 ml Water
As needed Oil for deep frying
Method -
1. In a bowl add maida, suji, salt, ajwain, oregano, chili flakes and mix well.
2. Add oil and mix well.
3. Add water and knead a hard dough.
4. Wrap the dough in cling film and keep aside for 1 hr.
5. Take a small ball from the dough.
6. Roll it in thin round shape roti with rolling pin.
7. Cut small round from this roti as shown in photo.
8. Now fold these small roties in triangle shape.
9. Heat oil in wok. Fry mathries in hot oil till golden and crisp.
10. Triangle Mathri is ready.
