Rose ginger tea

 Rose ginger tea 


Rose ginger tea is a low calorie, fragrant brew. It is gluten free and vegan. It is free from caffeine and sugar. 


Quick tips -

1. Add jaggery according to taste.


Ingredients -

3 cups water

1/8 tsp cinnamon powder

1/4 tsp ginger grated

5 tbsp dried rose petals

1 tsp powdered jaggery 

Method - 

1. In a pan add water. Heat it on slow flame. Add ginger, cinnamon powder and dried rose petals. 


2. Boil it on high flame. 


3. Cover and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes on slow flame. Switch off the flame. Let it sit for 3-4 minutes.


4. Add powdered jaggery and mix. Strain in cups.


5. Rose ginger tea is ready.


6. Serve it piping hot.
