 Bread paratha 


Quick tip -

1. Cut bread into bite size pieces with your fingers.

2. Instead of sesame oil, any cooking oil can be used. 


Ingredients -

2 cup bread pieces

1 onion chopped (small size)

1 green chilli grated

2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

To taste salt

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp sesame oil

As needed luke warm water 


Method -

1. Dry roast bread pieces till golden. Let it cool completely.


2. Add them to mixer jar. 


3. Grind it to fine bread crumbs.


4. Transfer bread crumbs to a mixing bowl. Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and oil. Mix well. 


5. Add water little by little and knead a smooth dough.


6. Rub a tsp of oil on the dough. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.


7. Take a small ball from the dough. Place it on the greased foil paper. 


8. Wet the fingers with warm water and pat the dough ball into a round thin roti.


9. Heat tawa. Drizzle few drops of oil on it. Transfer the roti on the tawa and cook on slow flame. Drizzle few drops of oil on the edges and top of the roti. 


10. Flip it and cook till golden. Cook both sides till golden and crisp.


11. Bread paratha is ready. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with onion tomato chutney.
