Aloo paratha

 Aloo paratha 


Quick tips -

1. Adjust spices to taste.

2. Boil potatoes and cool them completely before using.


Ingredients -

1 cup wheat flour dough

As needed mustard oil

Ingredients for stuffing -

500 grams boiled potatoes

To taste salt

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1 onion chopped

1 inch ginger grated

1 green chilli grated

3 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

1/2 tbsp chat masala 


Method - 

1. In a bowl add boiled potatoes, salt, red chilli powder and onion. Mix well.


2. 
Add coriander leaves, chat masala and green chilli. Mix well.


3. Mix well. Stuffing is ready. Keep aside till use.

4. Take a small ball from the dough. Place stuffing in the centre.

5. Fold the sides in square shape. 

6. Heat tawa. Drizzle few tbsp of oil. Place paratha on it. Cook on slow flame for few minute.
7. Flip the side and brush oil on both sides. 


8. Cook both sides till golden.

9. Aloo paratha is ready.

10. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with curd and pickle.
