Aloo palak uttapam

 Aloo palak uttapam 


Ingredients -

2 cup Suji

1 cup curd

2 potato (washed, peeled and grated)

1 cup palak puree

3 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

As needed water (optional) 


Method -

1. In a bowl mix suji and curd. Add palak puree. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.

2. After 10 minuter if the batter is thick add little water. Mix well.

3. Add salt, mustard seeds and red chilli powder. Mix well. Add grated potato, coriander leaves  and mix well. 


4. Heat tawa. Add a ladleful of batter on tawa and pour little oil on sides and cook on slow flame.


5. Cook till the top dries up a little. 


6. Flip the side and cook on high flame till properly cooked.


7. Place on a serving plate and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
