Aloo pyaz bhajiya/ onion potato fritters
Quick tip -
1. Adjust spices according to taste.
Ingredients -
2 onion sliced
2 potato sliced
Ingredients for batter -
1 cup besan/ gram flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chat masala
As needed water for making batter
Method -
1. In a mixing bowl mix besan, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and chat masala.
2. Add water and mix well. Pakora batter is ready. Add onion and potato in the batter. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in wok. Drop a spoonful of pakora batter and fry till golden and crispy.
4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
