Mix vegetable
Ingredients -
4 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp grated ginger
1 grated green chilli
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
To taste salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Chopped vegetables -
8 pcs mushroom
1 capsicum
3 potatoes
1 cup chinese cabbage
Other ingredients
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp coriander leaves
Method
1. Chop mushroom, capsicum, potatoes, chinese cabbage and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter for a second. Add ginger, green chilli. Mix well. Add onion and fry till golden.
3. Add tomato and fry for few minutes on slow flame. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.
4. Mix well on slow flame.
5. Add chopped vegetables. Mix well.
6. Cover and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes.
7. Open the lid and mix.
8. Again cover and cook on slow flame stirring in between. Cook till vegetables are soft and properly cooked.
9. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
10. Mix vegetable is ready.
11. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with chapati, rice, dal and curd.
