Mix veg paratha
Quick tips -
1. Adjust spices to taste.
2. Finely chop all the veggies before using.
Ingredients -
1 onion finely chopped
2 tbsp garlic minced
1 green chilli grated
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 cup palak chopped
1/2 cup chinese cabbage chopped
To taste salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp achari masala (optional)
2 cups wheat flour
4 tbsp oil
As needed water
Method -
1. In a bowl add onion, green chilli, garlic, capsicum.
2. Add palak and chinese cabbage.
3. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, achari masala.
4. Add wheat flour.
5. Add oil.
6. Mix well.
7. Add water and knead to a soft dough. Keep aside for 1 hour.
8. Take a small ball from the dough.
9. Roll in with a rolling pin.
10. Place paratha on the hot tawa. Drizzle oil on both sides. Cook for few minutes on slow then change the side.
11. Cook till both sides are golden and crisp.
