 Mexican nuts chutney/ Mexican nuts dip 


Few days back I have received two flavours mexican and taco snacks as my freebie from Bite'In. These two flavours are too tempting and irresistible. In this recipe I have used mexican flavoured snacks which includes cashews, almonds, peanuts and flavoured spices.


Mexican nuts chutney is humble, easy and quick dish. It is gluten free. This flavourful chutney is prepared by grinding mexican flavoured nuts, mint leaves, onion, tomato, ginger, green chilli and few other ingredients. It is rich, smooth and creamy in texture. 


Quick tips -

1. Adjust spices to taste.

2. Do not add water.


Ingredients -

2 tbsp mexican flavoured nuts

3 tbsp mint leaves

1 onion sliced

1 tomato sliced

1 green chilli

1 inch ginger

1 tbsp flax seed powder

1 lemon juice

1 ice cube

To taste black salt

2 pinch powdered jaggery

2 pinch sesame seeds 


Method - 

1. Take mint leaves, onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, flax seed powder and mexican flavoured nuts in plate.


2. Add mint leaves, onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, flax seed powder, mexican flavoured nuts, powdered jaggery, lemon juice and ice cube in mixer jar. Grind it.


3. Add black salt and grind again. 


4. 
Smooth creamy textured chutney/ dip is ready.


5. Remove it to a bowl.


6. Dry roast sesame seeds on hot griddle/ tawa.


7. Transfer chutney in the serving plate. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.


8. Serve with any snack or can be consumed as a spread on toast.
