Aloo methi bhaji
Ingredients -
2 bunch methi leaves (washed & chopped)
1/2 kg Potatoes (peeled, washed & chopped)
4 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 inch ginger grated
1 green chilli grated
To taste Salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chat masala
Method
1. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds, green chilli and ginger. Saute on slow flame till golden.
2. Add potatoes. Mix and fry on high flame till golden. Keep stirring in between.
3. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chat masala and mix well on slow flame.
4. Add methi leaves and mix well on slow flame.
5. Cover and cook on slow flame mixing in between till it is properly cooked.
6. Add garam masala and lemon juice. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
7. Aloo methi bhaji is ready.
8. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot with chapati, salad and curd.
