Grapes lassi
Refreshing grapes lassi is a healthy, quick and easy drink prepared by churning grapes with curd, black salt, mint leaves and water. It has a delicious creamy texture.
Quick tips -
1. I have used green and black grapes.
2. Adjust salt according to taste.
Ingredients -
1 cup grapes
1 cup fresh curd
1 cup water
1/2 cup mint leaves
To taste black salt
Method -
1. Add curd and mint leaves in a mixer jar.
2. Churn it till smooth. Add black salt and grapes.
3. Churn again till everything is grinded well.
4. Add water and churn again.
5. Grapes lassi is ready. Pour to serving glasses. Add ice cubes.
6. Serve chilled.
