Wheat bhatura with chana
Ingredients :
Atta : 2 cup + more as needed
Milk : 3/4 cup
Sour Curd : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar : 2 tbsp
Baking pwd : 1 tsp
Oil : 1 tbsp + 1 tsp + for deep frying
Method :
1. In a bowl take milk, curd, salt, sugar, baking powder and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well so sugar is melted.
2. Take flour in a bowl and knead it with milk curd mixture for 5 mins.
3. Add a tsp of oil over it and again knead it for 1 minute.
4. Cover it with a plate/bowl and let it rest for 30 minute. (Don't keep it in fridge. Keep it at some warm place).
5. After 30 minute knead it again for 2-3 minutes.
6. Take a small ball from it and roll to an oval shaped bhatura. Deep fry it in hot oil.
7. Transfer to a serving plate.
8. Serve hot with chana.
