Amla chutney

 Amla chutney 


Chutney is one of the favourite condiments in Indian households. Amla chutney is a perfect condiment during winters. Amla chutney is prepared using amla, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger garlic and lemon juice. It is a quick, easy and nutritious chutney. 

.

Quick recipe tip -

1. Wash and cut amla and remove the seed. Chop into small pieces.


Ingredients -

2 amla chopped

1 cup coriander leaves

1 green chilli

To taste salt

2-3 garlic cloves

1 inch ginger

1/2 lemon juice

1 dry red chilli roasted on open flame

1/4 cup water 

Method with step photos -

1. Wash and chop amla, coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger. Roast dry red chilli on open flame.


2. Take a mixer jar add amla, coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger, roasted dry red chilli, salt and lemon juice.


3. Add water little by little and grind it to a smooth paste.


4. Amla chutney is ready.


5. Serve it with snacks, dosa, idli or uttapam.
