Apple peels chutney

 Apple peels chutney 


Quick and easy delicious apple peel chutney is prepared using peels of golden apple, mint leaves, coriander stalks along with other ingredients. Apple peel chutney is a perfect accompaniment with snacks, parathas and works well as a spread on toasts. 


Ingredients -

1 golden apple peels

1 onion slice

1 tomato sliced

2 fresh red chilli chopped

1 inch ginger 

1/2 cup packed coriander stalks

1/2 cup mint leaves 

To taste salt

1/2 tsp black salt

As needed water 

Method -

1. In a mixer jar add apple peels, few onions, tomato, fresh red chilli and  ginger. Grind it to a paste.

2. Take it out in a bowl. Add coriander stalks and leftover onions. Grind it.

3. Add mint leaves. Add salt and black salt. Grind it to a smooth paste.

4. Take it out in a bowl. Mix well. 

5. Apple peels chutney is ready. Transfer it to a bowl. Serve.

4. Grind it.


5. Add mint leaves. 


6. Add salt, black salt and water.


7. Grind it to a smooth paste. Take it out in a bowl. 


8. Mix well. Apple peels chutney is ready.


9. Transfer it to a bowl. Serve it as a dip or spread or eat it as you like it.
