 Green chilli paste 


Green chilli paste is one of the main ingredients in everyone's kitchen. It is a very easy, simple and quick recipe. It is prepared by grinding green chillies along with salt and lemon juice. Make sure to make small batches. It can be used in any recipe which calls for spicy ingredient or can be used instead of green chillies.

Quick recipe tip -

1. Wash and dry chilli with kitchen towel or sun dry it completely.

2. Instead of lemon juice add white vinegar. 

3. Do not add water.

4. Store chilli paste in air tight jar and keep it in freezer. Stays good for months.


Ingredients -

250 grams green chilli 

1/2 tsp salt

1 lemon juice 

Method -

1. Cut green chillies. Take a grinder jar. Add chillies, salt and lemon juice.

2. Grind it to a fine paste. Green chilli paste is ready. 

3. Transfer to an air tight jar and keep it in freezer.
