 Rose chia Milkshake 


Rose chia milkshake is an easy, quick and perfect summer coolant. Chia seeds are a good source of protein, iron and essential vitamins. 

Serves : 3 glasses 

Ingredients :

Sugar : 3-4 tbsp

Rose milk shake mix powder : 5 tbsp

Milk : 2 glass

Cream : 1 glass

Chia seeds : 3 tbsp 


Method : 

1. In a mixer jar add sugar and milk shake mix. Blend well. 

2. Add cream and milk. Blend well. Milkshake is ready. 

3. Take three serving glass. 

4. Add chia seeds in all the glasses. 

5. Pour milkshake and mix with a spoon. Sprinkle rose milk shake mix powder on top. 


6. Serve chilled.
