 Fruit cream 


Fruit cream is a refreshing, light and creamy dessert filled with the goodness of fruits. It is healthy and nutritious which makes it yummy mouthwatering dessert. This dessert requires no cooking and no baking. It is a simple mix of hung curd, cream and loads of fruits. 


Recipe notes -

1. I have used tinned mixed fruit cocktail... instead of this fresh fruits can also be used. 


Ingredients : 

Hung curd : 1 cup

Whipped cream : 1 cup

To taste powder sugar

Mixed fruits 1 1/2 cup chopped 


Method for hung curd -

1. Take 1 cup thick fresh curd.


2. Add it in muslin cloth or handkerchief. 


3. Tie it and keep it aside for 4-5 hrs or overnight. 


4. Water will start dripping. 


5. Open the cloth or handkerchief. 


6. 
Hung curd is ready.


Method for fruit cream -

1. Take whipped cream in a bowl. Whip it till soft peaks. 

2. Add sugar and whip again.


3. Add hung curd.


4. Mix well with
 a whisker so that both of them should combine properly.


5. Perfectly combined.


6. Now add chopped fruits in it and mix. 


7. 
Keep it in fridge for 1 hour. 


8. Put it in a serving plate and place cherry on top. 


9. Serve chilled.
