Corn noodles chaat
Corn noodles chaat is a simple, quick, easy, sweet, spicy, tangy and delicious chaat. It is a perfect plate full of munchies with evening tea. This lip smacking chaat recipe is prepared by combining sweet corns with onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, wai wai, peanuts and spices.
Recipe notes -
1. Add spices to taste.
Ingredients -
2 cups sweet corns
1/2 cup masala peanuts
1 capsicum chopped
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
To taste salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 lemon juice
1 packet wai wai ready to eat noodles
Method -
1. In a mixing bowl add peanuts, onion and capsicum.
2. Add coriander leaves.
3. Add corns.
4. Mix well.
5. Add salt, red chilli powder, wai wai noodles and lemon juice.
6. Mix everything well.
7. Corn noodles chaat is ready.
8. Transfer to a serving plate. Consume immediately.
