Homemade wiggly jelly
Wiggly jelly is a delicious wobbling treat for all age groups. It is prepared by brahmi badam sharbat and gelatin.
Ingredients for jelly -
1-1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp gelatin
2 tbsp brahmi badam sharbat
Pinch green food colour (optional)
Method -
1. In a small bowl mix water and sugar.
2. Mix till sugar is dissolved properly.
3. Add brahmi badam sharbat and mix.
4. Mix well.
5. Take a pan add 1/2 cup of brahmi mixture in it and boil it on slow flame. Stirring continuously.
6. As the mixture comes to boil add gelatin powder. Mix it using whisker on slow flame.
7. Mix well on slow flame till gelatin is dissolved properly. Switch off the flame.
8. Immediately mix the mixture with remaining brahmi mixture. Mix well.
9. Keep it in fridge. I kept it overnight to set properly. Let it set properly.
10. Perfectly set.
11. Homemade wiggly jelly is ready.
