The watermelon rind & keri chutney is very delicious and nutrious chutney. Keri watermelon rind chutney is simple, quick, easy and delicious chutney. It is gluten free and vegan. This lip smacking chutney is prepared by churning raw mangoes and watermelon rind along with onion, tomato, chilli, coriander leaves, coconut powder and spices. This chutney is a perfect combination to Indian meals!
5 chopped keri (raw mango)
1 onion chopped
2 tomato chopped
2 green chilli chopped
9-10 garlic cloves
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
3 cups chopped watermelon rind
1 cup coconut powder
1 tbsp or to taste salt
1/2 cup or as needed water
1. Wash, peel & chop keri, onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic cloves, coriander leaves and watermelon rind.
2. Take electric chopper/ mixer grinder. Add keri, onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic cloves, coriander leaves and watermelon rind.
3. Add water little by little and grind it or chop it coarsely. Add salt and coconut powder. Grind it again.
